An excellent book for couples. You should know your spouse's primary love language!
-
This is a well written and important book for newlyweds or veteran couples.
(I would have preferred had the author written this book from an even deeper perspective of the foundations of marriage - but her book is still very practical and helpful!)
-
As usual, Rabbi Twerski gives us another very worthwhile and excellent book. It is preferable to read this book before you enter into marriage so you know what to do and expect in the first year of marriage. However, it is never too late to establish this year as your first year if you haven’t yet done so!

This is an important book for men to study so they know what to do and what not to do in their marriage and the reasons why.
(It is preferable to have a competant counselor guide and coach you on how to properly understand these concepts - so you can successfully implement them.)
-
This is an easy to read book for married women who want to know how to get the best out of their man.
-
A guide for women to slowly read and absorb as they try to implement what the author advices.

Shidduch Secrets The ultimate guide to finding a spouse (formerly titled Dating Secrets) By Leah Jacobs (Author) / Shaindy Marks (Translator)
-
This is a self-help book where you don't need to read every chapter - just the ones that deal with your problems.
(This is a book that most people just can't read from cover to cover - nor was it meant to be read that way. In my opinion, the optimum way to absorb the material would be by getting the support of a counselor familiar with the Author's methods to show you how to achieve the implementation of these skills.)

A good movie I recently came across. I recommend it for men. Hopefully it will make you reflect on yourself, especially when you only see what your spouse is doing wrong. (WARNING: If you don't believe in Christianity - this movie does push this belief - but if you can look past that - it has value for gaining insight for further contemplation and discussion.)
